Accessibility Statement

OwnWay wants its website and online services to be usable by as many people as reasonably possible.

Our approach

The website is designed with semantic headings and page regions, keyboard accessible controls, visible focus states, responsive layouts, readable colour contrast, labelled form controls and support for reduced motion preferences.

What we are working on

The OwnWay operational platform is developing quickly. We have not yet commissioned a formal independent WCAG conformance audit, so we do not claim full WCAG 2.2 AA conformance at this stage. Complex Admin, Office, Staff, My OwnWay and OwnWay Family workflows will be included in the pre launch accessibility test.

Third party services

Some actions may open third party services, for example Google Maps for directions. Accessibility of those external services is controlled by the third party.

Report an accessibility problem

If you find something difficult to use, please tell us which page or feature caused the problem, what device or assistive technology you were using if you are comfortable sharing it, and what you were trying to do.

Review

This statement will be reviewed after the formal pre launch accessibility test and whenever significant customer facing functionality changes.
